I am not pregnant in any of these pictures. In fact all these pictures (except the last one) are pre-kids.
The last picture, below, is prior to my getting “back on track” post-pregnancies. I probably weighed around 199 pounds in this picture with my little Ms. Myra at the beach. At least one of us looks cute 🙂 I got back on the exercise/fitness wagon when she was 9 months old. I now recommend new moms wait until they are 1) sleeping through the night and 2) not breastfeeding as their infants’ sole source of nourishment, before they put any expectations on themselves with regard to weight loss/fitness.
